You tell Claude you want to start the SEO sprint, and it opens a tracker spreadsheet in your browser covering four phases of work. Claude walks you through each of the roughly 31 tasks, including keyword research, content, and backlinks, using a connected SEO tool to do the work. You get a filled-in tracker and steady progress toward organic traffic goals.
