What it does
Tell Claude your brand names, common misspellings, and topics to watch. Claude sets up search terms, sorts incoming mentions into categories like complaints, leads, or praise, and flags sudden spikes in activity. You get an organized feed of mentions with suggested urgency levels, though Claude does not reply to anyone.
