What it does
Tell Claude which trait or disposition you want to track in students, and it creates an observation checklist, a student self-reflection tool, a guide for parent input, and a way to combine all three sources of evidence. It also gives you a script for having developmental conversations with students about their growth. You get a full toolkit for assessing character traits without forcing them into a rigid grading rubric.
