What it does
Give Claude a contract and tell it which side you're on and what kind of agreement it is. Claude reviews the clauses against standard playbook positions and marks each one green, yellow, or red for risk, then suggests redline edits and fallback positions. You get a risk-flagged review you can bring to a lawyer or use to negotiate.
