You tell Claude your brand name, known online communities, podcast appearances, and any AI-visibility data you have. Claude pulls these together to map places customers may be discovering or discussing you that standard analytics miss, like forums, podcasts, and word of mouth. You get a picture of brand awareness that your usual reports don't capture.
