Tell Claude about a decision you're making, including the options you considered and what you expect to happen. Claude writes it up as a structured record and compares it to similar decisions you've logged before. You get a searchable history of your reasoning to revisit and learn from.

How to install
Add it to Claude as a skill. Download the skill folder from its source page, zip it, and upload it in Claude’s settings under Skills. See the step-by-step guide.
