What it does
You upload an NDA and tell Claude whether you're the one sharing information or the one receiving it. Claude goes through each clause, flags problem areas, and suggests preferred wording along with a fallback option and the reasoning behind each. You get a full issue list with assigned owners and deadlines for getting it resolved.
