What it does

You give Claude a property address or lot details in New York City. Claude checks public zoning and lot data to estimate floor area ratio, height limits, setbacks, and allowed uses. You get a summary of what could potentially be built on the site.

Who it’s for

A good fit for estate agents, property investors and landlords, people who review contracts and legal documents and people who research markets, competitors or topics.

Real Estate Legal Research & Analysis

Do you need to code?

No. You can use this without writing or editing any code.

How to install

Add it as a skill, or as part of its plugin. This skill also ships inside a plugin, so you can upload just this skill to Claude, or install the whole plugin it comes in. See the step-by-step guide.

Safety note

Gives general zoning information, not a substitute for a licensed professional's review.

As with any add-on, only install skills from sources you trust, and read what it does first.
