What it does
You drop old proposals, case studies, and boilerplate text into a folder, and Claude pulls out the useful details and files them into an indexed library. This library later helps with matching case studies and calibrating pricing on new deals. You get a tidy, traceable knowledge base instead of a pile of old documents.
