What it does
Claude looks at purchase history and reviews to spot customers whose buying has slowed or stopped, then ranks them by how valuable they were. It drafts a win-back message for each one in your own voice, starting with an acknowledgment rather than a pitch. Nothing is sent or logged without your approval at each step.
