What it does
You give Claude your screening criteria and a set of resume files. Claude runs a script that reads each resume with the GLM-V model and checks it against your requirements. You get a table showing each candidate's pass or fail result with reasoning.

How to install
Add it to Claude as a skill. Download the skill folder from its source page, zip it, and upload it in Claude’s settings under Skills. See the step-by-step guide.
