What it does
Give Claude a document, pasted text, or an approved web address, and it reads the material and creates notes capturing the key points, with links back to the source. It tracks where each piece of information came from. You get new, organized notes added to your vault while the original source stays untouched.
Who it’s for
A good fit for people who research markets, competitors or topics and anyone working with Word, PDF, Excel or PowerPoint files.
Do you need to code?
Some. To get the most from this one you may need to be comfortable with code, the command line or technical setup.
How to install
Add it as a skill, or as part of its plugin. This skill also ships inside a plugin, so you can upload just this skill to Claude, or install the whole plugin it comes in. See the step-by-step guide.
Safety note
Runs bundled Python scripts on your computer; reads files you point it at; can fetch approved web pages.
As with any add-on, only install skills from sources you trust, and read what it does first.
