What it does
Tell Claude what kind of feedback you want to collect, and it creates a Google Form and gets you the shareable link. It can then send that link out by email to your list of recipients. You get a ready-to-use feedback form already distributed.

How to install
Add it to Claude as a skill. Download the skill folder from its source page, zip it, and upload it in Claude’s settings under Skills. See the step-by-step guide.
Safety note
Creates Google Forms and sends emails on your behalf; requires a connected Google Workspace account.
